Terms & Conditions :

1. Traders are welcome to apply any trading strategy including scalping, news trading, ... on the no deposit Bonus accounts.
2. The no deposit Bonus and all profits made from trading it can be withdrawn at any time provided that the platform fulfills one of the following conditions: A) at any time and without any deposit requirement once the platform shows X * 5 closed standard MT4 lots traded where X stands for Bonus amount. B) at any time after the trader deposits an amount equal to the balance of the no deposit Bonus account at that time and closes X / 3 standard MT4 lots where X stands for total balance of the account after such deposit is done.
3. Profit is allowed for withdrawal only for completely verified accounts. The trader agrees that the bonus is cancelled in full + 20% of the bonus amount upon first withdrawal of funds from such account.
4. The maximum leverage for Traders who received the No Deposit Bonus is 1:100 and once a deposit is received in such account (in conformance with point 2.B) it will be increased to 1:500. 
5. The stop out level for these accounts is 100% margin level.

General Terms and Conditions :

1. The Bonus may be offered by PCM Brokers as a part of promotional activity to traders who open live active trading accounts with PCM Brokers.
2. The Bonus is available only to traders who specifically contacted as part of this individual promotion. Please note that you cannot switch between different bonus programs.
3. PCM Brokers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the Bonus scheme without having to explain the reasons and further reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the Bonus scheme who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Bonus scheme.
4. The Bonus scheme is available for a limited period of time only.
5. PCM Brokers reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Bonus scheme, or any aspects of it including the bonus amount already deposited, at any time and without prior notice. It is recommended that participants in the Bonus scheme consult these Terms & Conditions on the PCM Brokers website regularly. Please note that taking part in the Bonus scheme constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
6. Taking part in the Bonus scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the Business Terms and Policies set forth by PCM Brokers.
7. In order to qualify for the Bonus, Eligible Traders must provide PCM Brokers with true, accurate, current and complete information, including their full name, identical to that specified in their ID documentation, as well as an active contact e-mail, and a valid working telephone number must upload all necessary, clear and legal documents in the Trader’s Cabin area. Eligible Traders must agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with another person, entity or association, use false headers or otherwise conceal their identity for any purpose. PCM Brokers will treat with care all such information that is entrusted to it, in accordance with the disclosures provided during the registration process and in PCM Brokers Privacy Policy.
8. Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Bonus scheme. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Bonus scheme is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence.
9. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours before any Bonus is added to the account of an Eligible Trader who meets all of the criteria set forth herein.
10. Bonus applied to the live trading accounts of Eligible Traders in accordance with the rules set forth herein cannot be transferred between live trading accounts with PCM Brokers.
11. PCM Brokers reserves the right to decline trader’s bonus application without explaining the reason and prior notification. PCM Brokers is not liable for any consequences of the bonus cancelation included, but not limited to order(s) closure by Stop Out.
12. In the event that a participant in the Bonus scheme is disqualified for any reason whatsoever, PCM Brokers reserves the right to close all accounts, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participant. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms & Conditions will be resolved by the management of PCM Brokers in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. If any of these Terms & Conditions were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these Rules of Engagement shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
14. If the deposited amount is lost while trading before you get eligible for Bonus, then the relative percentage of Bonus will get deducted accordingly. If the whole deposited amount diminishes to zero then the complete bonus awarded on it will be removed. You cannot trade only on the bonus amount.
15. Existing Traders cannot close their old trading accounts and open new trading accounts just to get benefited from the Bonus.
